Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Theymanual Tree Service wants people of all abilities to be able to use theymanual.property. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want this website to work for as many people as possible. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used benchmark for accessible sites.
Steps We Take
To support that goal, we aim to:
- Use clear headings in a logical order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Allow the whole site to be used by keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the website may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
If Something Is Hard to Use
You can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@theymanual.property and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome feedback on how accessible this website is. Please email contact@theymanual.property and describe:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this website, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
