How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Theymanual Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Theymanual Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Be aware that Theymanual Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@theymanual.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
